Incumbent Councilor Tania Fernandes Anderson and perennial candidate and one-time councilor Althea Garrison move to the general election.

Fernandes Anderson received 1,448 votes, making up 57.46% of the vote. Garrison received 521 votes, making up 20.67% of the vote.
