The scholarship is given by friends and supporters in the Bay Village community to a deserving SFD student who is pursuing a full time two-year Certificate in Fashion Design at SFD. The School of Fashion Design, established in 1934 and located on Newbury Street in the heart of the Boston fashion district, is the only school in New England devoted exclusively to the study of Fashion Design.
