Light up cornhole, arts and crafts, music, giveaways, and a glow-in-the-dark playspace with swings and seesaws, Haunted Zombie Maze, a Spooky Mansion Slide, the "Jumpin' Pumpkin," and a trackless train.

A spooky outdoor scavenger hunt! Decipher a series of hints to find hidden Halloween-themed destinations tucked away throughout the plots and trellises of the Berkeley Community Garden. Along the way, costumed characters will be handing out treats (no tricks)! Wear your costume and bring a trick-or-treat bag and flashlight. If you solve all the clues, you get a prize! Enjoy local hot cider, cider donuts and popcorn, available for purchase. Advance tickets and costumes highly encouraged.

Haunted Graveyard Tour At South End Burying Ground Offers Spooky Glimpse Into South End History

South End Burying Ground, Washington Street between E. Concord and E. Newton St.

Halloween is approaching, and so is this year's Haunted Graveyard Tour at the South End Burying Ground on Washington Street between East Newton and East Concord Streets in Boston's historic South End. The mysterious, locked graveyard will be opened for the day, with freelance writer and South End News contributor Michele D. Maniscalco recounting the surprising history of the burying ground, which operated between 1810 and 1866, as well as other macabre tales from South End history.

Parents, bring your children to trick-or-treat at over 50 participating stores and restaurants. Other activities include face painting, pumpkin decorating, magic shows and a musical performance! All activities are free and open to all. Visitors are encouraged to purchase a Prudential Center trick-or-treat bag for a $5 donation benefitting our nonprofit partner, FARE, Food Allergy Research & Education.

Don't forget to dress up in your most creative and spooky costumes to add to the festive atmosphere and show off your outfits to all your friends!

This is a family event, welcoming kids of all ages.

Musical Performance by Little Groove: Enjoy a lively musical performance that will have everyone dancing and grooving to the Halloween beats.

Pizza and Beverages for Sale: Dinner made easy! We'll have pizza and beverages available for purchase. It's the perfect way to fuel up before heading out for trick or treating.

Free Snacks: We've got a spooky surprise with free snacks for all our young goblins and witches!

Haunted House Fund Raiser

United South End Settlements (USES) annual Haunted House fundraiser to benefit critical improvements to USES children's playground.

Food, drinks, and a night of scares! All are welcome to attend.

Tickets start at $7 per child/youth (under 21) and $20 per adult. Each adult ticket comes with two beer tickets.
