Tanya Kelley, 57, faces a murder charge in the death of Robert Lee Scott. According to Boston Police, on Friday, April 21, the medical examiner ruled Scott was killed by a "sharp force injury to the heart," based on autopsy results.

Kelley was arrested on Thursday, April 27.

In November 2022, Robert Lee Scott was found in cardiac arrest on Northampton Street in the South End and later died at a local hospital.

Kelley is facing a murder charge and will be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court. The case remains under investigation by the Boston Police Homicide Unit.
