The Druker Company is seeking to develop the site at the northwest corner of East Berkeley and Washington Street, spanning to Shawmut Ave. You'll learn about the project from its proponents at our March meeting, and your feedback will help form the contents of EBNA's comment letter—and we encourage you to submit your own! See above- there will be an additional community meeting on this subject on February 23.

The project was initially approved by the city in 2014, and these meetings concern changes to the project plans - from 'ground floor retail and upper floors office space' to 'ground floor retail and upper floors life science space, including laboratory/research usage.'
