On Friday The Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) approved an $80 million expansion the office project at 321 Harrison Avenue. The expansion will build 218,500 square feet of office space in eight stories above existing three-story parking structure.
The developer is Nordblom Development Co. of Burlington, Mass., on behalf of owner 1000 W Acquisitions LLC. The architect and landscape architect is SMMA, of Cambridge, Mass.
