South End athlete, Stoni Drane, was honored at the Newton Country Day School of the Sacred Heart fall Athletic Awards Assembly. Drane, a junior middle hitter on the undefeated JV volleyball (17-0) team, was voted Most Valuable Player. Drane was a team leader in the number of aces posted.
