Happy New Year from Saldare Body Therapy. Here are a few tips to get you and keep your good health on track!


1. Aim to maintain your weight this season whether you've just started your post holiday "getting back on track" or have succeeded for a while. The scale is okay once a week to check-in with reality.

2. Choose to allow one weekly treat while continuing to eat nutrient dense foods and maintain your weekly exercise plan as you begin to brave the New England winter. We tend to crave more rich hearty meals when it's chilly out so obey thy body but keep an eye on how many calories are going down the hatch.
