Blackstone Franklin Square Neighborhood Association Scholarship Recipients

On June 7, South End community members gathered at Estragon restaurant to celebrate the 16 recipients of this year's annual Blackstone Franklin Square Neighborhood Association scholarships. The program, started over a decade ago, supports higher education costs for students who live or go to school in the South End or are involved in a local neighborhood organization.
