Two-year-old South Enders Nora Pontin and Lorenzo Pallotta portray Audrey Hepburn and Elmo for Halloween as they explore in the glow-in-the-dark play area at the second annual Fall-o-Ween children's festival hosted on October 21 by the Boston Parks and Recreation Department with support from H.P. Hood LLC. The fall celebration on the Boston Common Parade Ground featured games, inflatables, and free, fun activities for kids of all ages.
