Community Alert: BPD Seeks Public's Help in Effort to Locate Murder Suspect Wanted in Connection to Death Investigation in area of 333 Massachusetts Ave: The Boston Police Department is seeking the public's help in an effort to locate Alan Lewis, 32, of Brockton. Alan Lewis, who can be seen in the enclosed photo, is wanted in connection to the murder of 37-year-old Brent Stevenson. Alan Lewis is described as a black male, about 6'1" tall, weighing about 210 lbs.

The facts and circumstances surrounding the original incident are as follows: At about 8:05 PM, on Monday, November 6, 2017, officers assigned to District D-4 (South End) responded to a call for shots fired in the area of 333 Massachusetts Avenue in Boston. On arrival, officers located Brent Stevenson, suffering from what appeared to be multiple gunshot wounds, sitting in the driver's seat of a disabled vehicle. Stevenson was transported to an area hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.

The Boston Police Department continues to investigate the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident. Anyone with information relative to Alan Lewis and his whereabouts is asked to call Homicide Detectives at (617) 343-4470.
