Control Units, while in collaboration with the Suffolk County Crime Prevention & Control Unit, executed search warrants in the area of 76 W. Newton Street in the South End and 31 Orlando Street in Mattapan. As a result of the operation, officers located and seized a significant amount of illegal narcotics including over 2.5 kilos of a Class A Drug (Heroin), 1.5 kilos of a Class B Drug (Cocaine) and a semiautomatic firearm (see photo). Officers arrested Luis Albert Medina-Feliciano, 40, of Boston and charged him with Trafficking Class A Drug (Heroin). Additional charges could be pending.
