More office space propsed

Burlington's Nordblom Co. and Philadelphia's Rubenstein Partners has proposed 216,000-square-foot office addition to the garage at 321 Harrison Avenue (accross from Ink Block).

A developers have submitted a letter of intent to the Boston Redevelopment Authority.

"We believe that the proposed project will have a positive impact on the neighborhood and furthers the goals of the city of Boston and neighborhood residents to create an attractive gateway to the South End and enliven both Harrison Avenue and Washington Street," Ogden Hunnewell, executive vice president of Nordblom, said in the letter to the BRA.
