Each Fall across the country, scouts collect millions of pounds of food for the Scouting For Food program. These donations are distributed to area families for the holidays. Scouts distribute door hangers with information, instructions and a pick up date. Then they return the following weekend to collect the donations. This year Cub Scout Pack #74 of Back Bay, the South End and Beacon Hill collected over 15 boxes of food for the Greater Boston Food Bank.
